BEVENT RASCH ACQUIRES KRO PRODUKSJON A/S
Bevent Rasch AB has signed an agreement with the principal owner of Norwegian company Kro Produksjon A/S regarding acquiring their shares in Kro.The acquisition will be carried out as part of Bevent Rasch’s new growth strategy.
