We know that safe and sustainable products can go hand in hand

This is why we work continuously with our sustainability venture across several areas. To reduce our carbon footprint and improve our operations in all areas, we have created a sustainability team to identify areas where the company can make a real difference and how our operations can be improved from a sustainability perspective. We also strive to become a 100 percent fossil-free manufacturing site. One of our factories is located in Motala and we are building the town's largest solar panel installation, which will cover approx. 3,000 sq.m. and generate 4,500,000 kWh per year.

As we want to work closely with our customers, we have to travel quite a lot. Therefore, we have replaced all our company cars with electric cars in order to reduce our carbon footprint. This is a significant, important investment for us and is a step in the climate direction we want to head.

Focusing on people

Focusing on people

As far as we are concerned, sustainability is so much more than just reducing the carbon footprint. Our 100 employees in Sweden and Norway are all key to our business. We want everyone to enjoy their time at work and stay happy and healthy long-term, both physically and mentally. That is why we offer Hydria Boost, a well-being project that encourages staff members to lead a healthy life. Through this project, the staff can try a whole range of activities such as organised walks at lunchtime, weekly padel practice, courses covering topics such as running, skiing and swimming, as well as sampling different sports at their leisure. They also have the opportunity to pursue higher education and grow within the company, and someone who has done that is Mikael Clovell.
